Shipping Policy

  • We charge minimal shipping for all Domestic orders.
  • Our delivery partners service most areas nationally, but in the rare case your location is not serviceable, we will contact you separately to ship by the best alternative available.
  • All orders will be processed within 2 – 5 working days upon order confirmation.
  • Orders will not be shipped on weekends and public holidays.
  • It usually takes 4 – 9 working days for orders to reach your doorstep.
  • Subject to delivery location there might be delays due to bad weather, natural disasters, lockdown, festivals, political disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.

Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel an order you may immediately reach us at wecare@teaemporium.co.in with your order details.
  • We have a no cancellation policy but in case your order hasn’t been processed, your request will be considered.
  • Upon approval, the order will be cancelled and a 5% cancellation charge will be levied. The refund will be processed in 4 – 9 working days.

Exchange & Returns

  • At Tea Emporium, we aspire to keep our customers happy with their orders. Each product we supply goes through a strict check to ensure product quality, accurate quantity as per your order and unworn condition.
  • In the off chance that you have received a defective product, you can request an exchange or return within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • You may reach us at wecare@teaemporium.co.in with your order number, images/videos of the defect in the product and a few comments from your end explaining the issue.
  • We will arrange a pickup for the defective product upon confirmation of the defect. Upon physical approval of the product defect, the product will be exchanged and a new product will be on its way to you. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging in absence of which the product cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • In case the product you want to exchange is no longer in stock, the order will be returned and we will initiate a refund to the original mode of payment. The refund will be processed in 4 – 9 working days.
